В частности, вносится изменение, согласно которому действие уголовного закона будет распространяться на иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства, не проживающих постоянно в России, совершивших преступление вне пределов РФ, в том числе в отношении соотечественников, не являющихся гражданами РФ.
То есть, законопроект позволит привлечь к ответственности иностранцев за притеснение не только граждан России, но и наших соотечественников, и вынести им приговор.
