Он также посетил стройку внеклассного моста через Свиягу на седьмом этапе М12.
Современные технологии позволили в три раза сократить сроки возведения моста. В частности, при его строительстве использовалась бетонная смесь, которая набирает максимальную прочность в течение пяти суток, а не месяца.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
