Прислали из Кировского района Махачкалы. Учителей принуждают повышать явку, агитируя родителей голосовать. Угрожают проблемами в случае низкой явки и, наоборот, поощряют тех, кто эту самую явку обеспечивает. Также видно откровенное вмешательство директора школы в работу избирательной комиссии.
