🟥Зарплата железнодорожников в первом квартале будет проиндексирована дважды
РЖД приняли решение о проведении с 1 февраля доиндексации заработной платы на 2,04% за 2024 год. Это будет сделано в связи с отклонением фактического индекса потребительских цен на конец 2024 г. от размера проведённой в том же году индексации.
С 1 марта 2025 г. в соответствии с коллективным договором зарплата работников компании будет индексирована на 1,6%. Кроме того, очередная индексация в соответствии с коллективным договором будет проведена осенью в полном объеме в соответствии с изменением величины прогнозного индекса потребительских цен Минэкономразвития.
❗️В РЖД трудятся почти 700 тысяч человек. Индексация заработной платы проходит для всех сотрудников одновременно. Решение также касается наших частных учреждений образования и здравоохранения.
