👍🏻 Неделя прошла активно. Стартовали в наших муниципалитетах мероприятия, посвящённые Году Защитника Отечества.

🙌🏻 Мы ввели в наших «Хороших новостях» отдельную рубрику - «За Победу!». Ребята «Снежного десанта» отправились по районам в свою трудовую вахту. Много хороших спортивных побед и конечно, начали реализовываться проекты, которые прошли защиты по разным федеральным программам.

👉🏻 Например, в Нижнеудинском районе – завершено проектирование второй части полигона твердых коммунальных отходов, а в Иркутске продолжается работа по переселению граждан из аварийного жилья по нацпроекту «Инфраструктура для жизни».

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
