Действительно, непонятно, почему министерства и ведомства не производят инкубационное яйцо, как на Западе, кормовые аминокислоты, как на Западе и запчасти к оборудованию на птицефабриках, как на Западе.
Вероятно, просто не было соответствующих поручений.
