В контексте подготовки руки к письму в прошлый раз я рассказала об упражнениях на развитие вращательных движений. Сегодня речь пойдет о пинцетном захвате и захвате щепотью.
Пинцетным называется захват и удержание предмета 2 пальцами: большим и указательным/средним. В захвате щепотью участвуют 3 пальчика. Остальные сжаты в кулачок.
🎲 Уже с возраста 10 месяцев малыши начинают использовать пинцетный захват и испытывать интерес к вкладыванию предметов в различные отверстия и ёмкости, потому для детей 1+ актуальны такие материалы:
🟢Геометрические вкладыши 🟢Цилиндры 🟢Ящик с замочками 🟢Пирамидки с колечками 🟢Материалы на вкладывание с крупными бусинами, пуговицами, палочками, помпонами и т.п.
Помимо занятий малышей можно привлекать к околокулинарным упж: перекладывать пальчиками кусочки продуктов, чистить мандарин, отделять от листиков ягоды🫐
