Насколько понимаю, эти «фанаты» тамбовского «Спартака» наорали на статью 20.1 КОАП РФ «Мелкое хулиганство» (нарушение общественного порядка, выражающее явное неуважение к обществу, сопровождающееся нецензурной бранью в общественных местах) и должны быть наказаны. Наложения административного штрафа в размере от пятисот до одной тысячи рублей будет явно маловато, поскольку общественный порядок нарушался организовано и нагло, а среди нарушителей есть несовершеннолетние (и, соответственно, ст. 150 УК РФ?).
Надеюсь и команда тамбовского «Спартака» отреагирует на этих мелких пакостников, позорящих «красно-белых». А там, глядишь, и «министерство» образования подтянется?

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
