Зная с какими сложностями можно столкнуться в материнстве, мне захотелось сделать для них что-то, что могло бы им облегчить их путь. Так появилась идея открытой встречи, посвященной ментальному здоровью мамы, на которой поговорим про то, что на нас влияет, какие варианты помощи есть, как оценить текущую ситуацию и как составить свою “дорожную карту” для восстановления. Встреча состоится 21 декабря в 10.00. Запись тоже обязательно сделаю💫
