При попытке их задержания они открыли огонь по сотрудниками ДПС, сообщили в НАК. Преступники были блокированы на окраине посёлка Семендер. Граждане эвакуированы из домов, находящихся в районе проведения КТО.
UPD: Четыре боевика нейтрализованы в ходе КТО в Махачкале. Пострадавших мирных жителей и потерь среди личного состава сил правопорядка нет, сообщил НАК.
