Торжественная церемония открытия прошла у Холма Славы. Она приурочена к памятной дате – именно 15 февраля 1989 года завершился вывод советских войск из Афганистана.
Как рассказал руководитель Судакского отделения «Боевое братство» Геннадий Маркоза, идея воздвигнуть памятник появилась ещё 28 лет назад.
Строительство памятника началось 30 апреля 2023 года. Мемориал выполнили из гранита.

Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
