به اطلاع دانشگاهیان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی می‌رساند بر اساس اطلاعیه استانداری اردبیل با توجه به تداوم برودت هوا در اغلب استان‌ها و نیز به‌‌منظور صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و بر اساس تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، روز یکشنبه ۲۱ بهمن ۱۴۰۳ دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی تعطیل است.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
