У Рівненській єпархії віруючі провели благодійні ярмарки, щоб підтримати захисників України.

На парафіях Рівненської єпархії відбулися низка ярмарків в рамках акції «Під Покровом Богородиці», метою яких був збір коштів для військовослужбовців Збройних сил України. Участь у благодійних заходах взяли віряни Рівненського Північного благочиння і сіл Бугрин та Корець. Про це повідомляє Інформаційно-просвітницький відділ УПЦ з посиланням на пресслужбу Рівненської єпархії.

Загалом у рамках акції «Під Покровом Богородиці» парафіяни храмів Рівненського Північного благочиння зібрали 60 000 гривень. Зі свого боку віряни із Бугрина і Корця зібрали 15 373 грн і 11 500 грн відповідно.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
