Суд не удовлетворил ходатайство следователя о продлении ареста и назначил Александру Самбурскому новую меру пресечения – домашний арест на 2 месяца 3 дня – до 1 апреля 2025 года.
Теперь он будет находиться в квартире в центре Оренбурга, которую снимает длительное время. Ему запрещено пользоваться телефоном, выходить в интернет и общаться с кем-либо, кроме родных и адвоката. Покидать жилище тоже запрещено.
Напомним, 6 месяцев он находился под арестом в СИЗО.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions.
