Согласно данным краевого правительства, 99 медиков, а это 21% от общего числа участников программы, вернули деньги и уехали из Хабаровского края, не отработав здесь и пяти лет. Одна из причин – низкие выплаты и серьезные проблемы с предоставлением медработникам жилья.
Сейчас в улучшении жилищных условиях нуждаются 470 медработников. Тем не менее, зампред по социальным вопросам Никонов не торопиться с решением этой проблемы. Все, что он предложил – это сократить сроки для приватизации полученного жилья и ввести льготы по оплате ЖКХ для участников программы.
В общем, одни сплошные полумеры и имитация бурной работы. Видимо, ни Дегтярев, ни Никонову не нужен реальный результат и здоровье жителей Хабаровского края, которые так и продолжат страдать от нехватки медперсонала.

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
