В ходе расследования уголовного дела по факту фиктивного трудоустройства граждан в указанном учебном учреждении при выполнении 7 опытно-конструкторских работ установлены обстоятельства получения профессором 35 кафедры Цветковым К.Ю. денежных средств от генерального директора ООО «СДЛ-СОФТ» Иванова А.М.
Так, в период с марта 2022 г. по ноябрь 2023 г. Цветков К.Ю. путем обмана Иванова А.М., под предлогом необходимости передачи денег иным лицам для обеспечения дальнейшего привлечения ООО «СДЛ-СОФТ» к выполнению указанных ОКР незаконно получил около 1 млн. руб., которыми распорядился по своему усмотрению.
