Их установку инициировали сами жители, а профинансировал городской бюджет благодаря муниципальной программе «Развитие жилищно-коммунального комплекса и энергосбережения в городе Рязани». Сейчас проходит приëмка работ.

Реализацию программы продолжим в следующем году. Средства для этого в бюджет города заложены.
