В 2018 году Саратов был на 8-м месте по расходам на одного жителя. Тогда на одного саратовца тратилось порядка 16 тысяч рублей. В 2019 году Саратов вышел на 5 место, в 2020 – на 4-е, когда на одного жителя тратилось более 26000 рублей. И вот в этом году расходы на одного жителя составляют около 31000 рублей.
Исаев также отметил, что Саратов по этим показателям превзошел похожие города: Уфу, Волгоград, Ижевск, Оренбург.
Вся эта отчетность, конечно, прекрасна. Но ведь на деле всё не так уж и хорошо. Может расходы и растут,а качество жизни явно не улучшается.🤷♀️

And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30.
