Силюк Максим — встретит уже 2-й(!) подряд День рождения в неволе. Получил 2.5 года лишения свободы по делу "чучел-рельс".
На его суде обвиняемые и даже свидетели также утверждали о давлении во время допросов следователем. Тем не менее Максима суд признал виновным: ▪️ по ч.2 ст.339 УК за участие в разрисовывании "Табакерки"; ▪️ по ч.1 ст.309 УК за участие в "приведение жд-путей в негодность" в ночь с 28 на 29 октября 2020 года возле перегона "Жабинка-Тевли". На суде Максим свою вину отрицал, все обвиняемые показали что закоротил проволокой рельсы Евгений Комбуль, а роль Силюка была в том что он предоставил Комбулю машину и вместе с еще одним мужчиной они присутствовали возле жд-перегона. Кстати, свидетели-работники железной дороги утверждали, что никаких "тяжелых последствий" не было и не могло наступить.
