Ілля спрабаваў збегчы з Беларусі, але быў затрыманы каля беларуска-ўкраінскай мяжы. Пасля 15 сутак арышту быў змешчаны ў СІЗА для далейшай адпраўкі на "хімію".
Апошні год свой тэрмін Палхоўскі адбываў у папраўчай установе адкрытага тыпу №9 (г. Віцебск). І вось днямі ён выйшаў на волю 🤍
