Віцебскі абласны суд прызнаў яго вінаватым паводле чатырох артыкулаў Крымінальнага кодэкса: ✔️арт.130 (распальванне расавай, нацыянальнай ці іншай варожасці) ✔️арт. 293 (навучанне або падрыхтоўка да ўдзелу ў масавых беспарадках) ✔️арт. 361-1 ( стварэнне экстрэмісцкага фарміравання або ўдзел у ім) ✔️арт.369 (абраза прадстаўніка ўлады).
За гэта Андрэй Зуеў быў асуджаны да 7 з паловай гадоў зняволення ў калоніі ва ўмовах узмоцненага рэжыму і штрафы памерам 8 000 рублёў. Таксама віцебскі абласны суд пастанавіў, што актывіст павінны сплаціць 2 000 рублёў кампенсацыі маральнай шкоды міліцыянту Сяргею Салаўю.
