Винегрет для Матвейки

Вчера прошла первая проба блинов, вполне, вполне)))

Блины без ничего
- литр молока
- 5 яиц
- 400 грамм муки
- 2 столовые ложки растительного масла
- сливочное масло для смазывания блинов

Размешать венчиком 5 яиц, постепенно влить молоко и всыпать муку. Оставить на 20 минут.
Влить растительное масло и жарить.
Сковородку смазывать не нужно, а на тарелке готовый блин сразу смазать сливочным маслом, чтобы не слипся со следующими)

Без соли и сахара прям норм, ребёнку просто порезала, мы ессн ели с добавками 🙃

Всех с масленницей!
