Наркотик, а ведь нашли наркотик, как я понимаю, прятали в трещине дома. Фасад разрушается, чиновникам до народных бед дела нет, реставрируют только парадный Санкт-Петербурга, до дворов дела нет. Этим вовсю пользуются наркоманы.
Представил себе, на миг включил фантазию: красивый, идеальный город, в котором все здания в отличном состоянии – такой Санкт-Петербург наркоманы бы возненавидели. Город-мечта.
