Многоквартирные дома в ДНР теперь будут обслуживаться Единой управляющей компанией
Некоммерческая организация «Единый региональный фонд по управлению многоквартирными домами на территории ДНР» (ЕУК) создана распоряжением регионального Правительства.
Переход многоквартирных домов под управление ЕУК состоится в первом квартале 2025 года. В общей сложности на территории Республики под управление компании перейдет более 26 тысяч домов, сообщили в Минстрое ДНР.
Там отметили, что перечень многоквартирных домов, переводимых под управление ЕУК, а также перечень работ и услуг по управлению МКД утверждены Постановлением Правительства ДНР.
