По его словам, "мероприятия начнутся с открытия пешеходной Спасской":
- На Спасской с 1 мая по 29 сентября каждые выходные организуют ярмарочные гуляния, выступления творческих и спортивных коллективов. Много мероприятий планируется в рамках Года защитников Отечества и 80-летия Победы: концерты, выставки, викторины. Планируется продолжение Гастрономического фестиваля на Спасской, - сказал он.
