За три недели января 2025 года банки выдали льготных жилищных кредитов на 44 млрд рублей — это почти в 3 раза меньше, чем в декабре (118 млрд).
В 2024 году объём льготной ипотеки снизился на 23,9% — до 3,6 трлн рублей. Всего же за год выдали 1,3 млн ипотечных кредитов (включая рыночную и льготную) на 4,9 трлн рублей, что в 1,5 раза меньше, чем в 2023-м.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
