Хороши в начале лактации, мне понравились вот такие, менять рекомендовано каждые 1,5-2 часа, так как при долгом ношении могут вызвать закупорку (со слов моего маммолога и со мной такое было кстати) ✔️
Удобно если делать банк молока и замораживать его, мне не пригодилось так как я боялась гиперлактации и не создавала банк молока, однако для тех кто хочет - это точно пригодится ✔️

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
