Место находится между улицами Пожарского и Суздальской, поблизости от таких предприятий как «Ярмолпрод» и «Балтика». Общая площадь территории составляет 259 тыс. кв.м. На участке можно построить жилые МКД не выше 18 этажей, многоуровневые парковки, поликлиники, объекты клубного типа, спорткомплексы и другие объекты. Согласно приложению к постановлению, на территории должны появиться три детских сада и школа на 1280 мест.
Общий срок реализации проекта — 12 лет. Застройщика выберут через торги.
