Нашел в базе арбитражных судов, что Минцифры взыскивает с издателя муниципальной газеты «Новоземельские Вести» (тираж 900 экземпляров, еженедельная) 3058 рублей.

Но это не все. Оказалось, что издатель газеты — юрлицо «Узел Связи новая земля» не только газета, а еще и действующий узел связи! И должны они министерству 1928 рублей за «обязательные отчисления в резерв универсального обслуживания» вместе с пени.

Позвонил на узел:
— Как вы там живете?
— Нормально!

Зацените саму газету, в номере есть новостная заметка, сгорел храм!

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
