Прокуратурой установлено: в 2023-2024 годах руководитель кредитного потребкооператива предоставил в Пенсионный фонд информацию о том, что 83 получателями сертификата на макапитал оформлены в займы на приобретение жилья в ЖСК. При этом фактически указанные лица пайщиками не являлись.
В результате кооперативу незаконно перечислены средства, предназначенные для погашения займов на приобретение жилья. Возбуждено уголовное дело.
