Дело тянется с декабря 2018 года. За это время рассматривающая его судья Анна Сафронова стала Пешехоновой, Абызов женился в СИЗО на стюардессе, а суд общей юрисдикции взыскал с него в доход государства 32 млрд руб за незаконную предпринимательскую деятельность в бытность министром.
Рассмотрение в понедельник также было отложено из-за того, что Альфа-банк не представил запрошенное судом кредитное досье Е4 – документы были изъяты по уголовному делу.
