«У России новости хорошие: у нас будет лучше. Климатические изменения приведут к росту продуктивности сельского хозяйства. Конечно, будут проблемные зоны — Арктика, таяние мерзлоты, локальные засухи, но в целом изменения скорее положительные», заявил Мельниченко.
