Уполномоченный по правам человека в России Татьяна Москалькова в докладе о деятельности за 2024 год призвала законодательно регламентировать процесс верификации возраста пользователей Интернета.
"В целях защиты несовершеннолетних от негативного влияния контента в сети Интернет представляется необходимой законодательная регламентация процессов верификации возраста интернет-пользователей, так как в настоящее время контент с маркировкой 18+ доступен любому интернет-пользователю, который поставит "галочку", что ему исполнилось 18 лет (без какого-либо подтверждения, авторизации и прочее)", - говорится в документе.
