Жизненный путь юбиляра начался в тяжёлые годы оккупации Беларуси, во время которой, за связь с партизанами, была расстреляна вся её семья. Несмотря на юный возраст она стала связной в партизанском отряде имени Фрунзе, действовавшем на территории Брестской области.
После окончания войны и получения образования Таисия Михайловна, работая в различных сферах, посвятила свою жизнь заботе о людях.
С праздником ветерана поздравил глава администрации Московского района г. Бреста Александр Николаевич Прадун, который отметил, что стойкость и героизм, проявленный поколениями победителей, стали основой выживания и развития белорусского народа и пожелал Таисии Михайловне крепкого здоровья, мира, благополучия и внимания близких людей.
