Лучшая ситуация у Владимирской области – её задолженность составляет всего 6,7 млрд рублей. Если в Ярославской области на каждого жителя приходится почти 45 тысяч рублей долга, то во Владимирской – чуть более 5 тысяч. За счет урезания расходов и отказа от ряда дорогостоящих проектов Владимирской области удается пока удерживаться от сползания в долговую яму.
Динамика доходов и расходов последних месяцев показывает, что без дальнейших заимствований регионам обойтись не удастся. А если центр перестанет давать кредиты?
