Снова о средневековой абстракции.

В некоторых (если не во всех) манускриптах Толкования на Апокалипсис, также известных как Беатусы, встречаются квадраты цвета, паттерна или пустоты, которые обозначают момент тишины (Изобр. 1–3).

Правда, их сложно сравнивать с чем-то вроде Малевича, поскольку они имеют вполне нарративную функцию. Скорее, они ближе к чёрным страницам в Тристраме Шенди, символизирующим скорбь по смерти Йорика (Изобр. 4).

P.S. Знаю, качество изображений ужасное, но нормальных репродукций не найти.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation.
