Какое-то криминальное самопожирание там. Данные приведены на 2020 год, с того времени преступность в США только росла, а в России падала, т.е. соотношение по преступности ещё улучшилось в пользу России. (плюс в США ещё и эпидемия опиоидной наркомании)
