• адекватный завтрак, а не “кофе и нервный крик в потолок” • немного движения — от растяжки до прогулки • стакан воды иногда реально помогает, особенно если вы его не пили с позавчера • не держать всё в себе — напишите подруге или хотя бы заметку в телефоне • убрать хотя бы один угол (визуальный порядок = порядок в голове, магия) • дать себе немного тишины: без телефона, дел и людей • что-то вкусное, но без самоунижения • лечь спать до того, как усталость превратится в бессонницу
И да, если хотя бы половину из этого получится — уже супер. Не максимализмом, а заботой берём.
