▪Фейковые знакомства. Мошенники создают ложные профили в соцсетях и на сайтах знакомств, разыгрывают чувства, а после выманивают деньги.
▪Ложные сайты доставки цветов и подарков. Аферисты предлагают скидки и эксклюзивные букеты, но после оплаты заказа прекращают общение с жертвой.
▪Фишинговые акции и скидки, то есть предложения якобы от известных брендов, которые приведут жертву на сайты, похищающие персональные данные или распространяющие вредоносное программное обеспечение.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
