Шутки шутками, но долгое время для меня это было жизненно: забитый календарь и переполненная тудушка.
Это чистый самообман. Когда я начал бронировать слоты в календаре хотя бы для больших задач из тудушки, оказалось, что на один слот приходится сразу несколько задач. Или написать 6-pager придётся за час…
Я складываю большие задачи в календарь и удаляю после завершения (или переношу). Если в конце дня календарь пустой - значит задачи разобраны✔️
Для простой приоритизация раскрашиваю слоты-задачи по матрице Эйзенхауэра, а звонки прилетают в отдельный календарь. Раскраска - это просто выбор календаря для события, поэтому занимает секунды.
Высокий темп приводит к том, что если чего-то нет в вашем календаре, этого нет в вашей жизни.
