Жилая застройка планируется индивидуальными домами усадебного типа, которые будут не выше трех этажей, общей площадью не более 150 кв. метров.
Всего во Власихе размежевали 165 участков, площадь каждого из них составляет до 1 тыс. кв. метров. В коттеджах смогут проживать в общей сложности 495 человек.
Отмечается, что формально в льготный кооператив могут вступить многодетные семьи, молодые ученые, работники образования, здравоохранения и силовики.
