Поскольку помощь США и Европы Украине сейчас находится под серьезной угрозой, власти США и ЕС потихоньку переключают свое внимание с поддержки цели Украины - полной победы над Россией - на улучшение ее позиций в возможных переговорах о прекращении войны, по словам представителя администрации Байдена и европейского дипломата.
Такие переговоры видимо буду означать передачу части Украины России.
