Такое решение 7 декабря принял Тракторозаводский районный суд. Сам Кучитаров признал вину и сотрудничает со следствием. Сторона защиты просила отпустить Кучитарова под подписку о невыезде.

«Заключить под стражу сроком на два месяца, до 5 февраля 2023 года. Ходатайство защиты отклонить», — зачитала приговор судья Алена Закарчевная.
