أولها: نقصان في ذاته كقلب الصبي فإنه لا ينجلي له المعلومات لنقصانه. والثاني: لكدورة المعاصي والخبث. الثالث: أن يكون معدولا به عن جهة الحقيقة المطلوبة. الرابع: الحجاب. الخامس: الجهل بالجهة التي يقع منها العثور على المطلوب.

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
