* Строительство стоимостью в ~ $2 млн уже год как завершено. Но КПП не работает и такой сценарий был ИЗВЕСТЕН заранее - Турция пока не планирует открывать границу.
* Если бы даже граница открылась для граждан третьих стран и дипломатов, для граждан Армении от этого мало пользы.
* С декабря прошлого года власти впустую тратят средства на обслуживание КПП - деньги на ветер.
N.B. Пару экскурсий для иностранных послов и Никола Пашиняна - не в счет.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
