Нурбий сделал много полезного для города. Благотворительные инициативы и акции в поддержку нуждающихся, организованные Нурбием лично и учрежденным им фондом «Доброе дело», а также ООО «Асбир», где он работал заместителем генерального директора, в Адыгейске были и остаются регулярными.

Принял участие в церемонии открытия турнира.
