Увы, Правительство РФ не стало продлевать ряд мер постановления №474. Согласно документу, в 2022-2023 годах пени за просрочку оплаты ЖКУ составляли 9,5%. Изменения вводились в период пандемии и экономической нестабильности. После этого ставка пеней продлевалась на 2024 год.
С 1 января 2025 года размер пени за просрочку возвращается к прежним нормам – ключевой ставке ЦБ, которая сейчас составляет21%.
Предполагается, что это решение улучшит собираемость платежей, что является одним из условий получения субсидий.
Вариант возможных дальнейших событий:
при дальнейшем повышении ставок ЦБ эти решения вновь могут быть пересмотрены.

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
