It is an EC Atkins and Co. from Indianapolis, Indiana. See the medallions. It' was the top of the line in saws. The middle one is an Atkins also and that is it's original configuration. It is a floor saw designed to cut floors the curved top part is serrated too. It's rare. The one you mentioned has been cut off, but I liked it when I was collecting old tools. The handles are beautifully created for hand comfort. The top one isn't an Atkins but its called a stair saw and I don't know too much about it. Thank you for askingπ₯°
