По заявлению регулятора, ответ разработчиков его не устроил. Те сообщили, что не работают в Италии и что европейское законодательство на них не распространяется.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
