🛃 Волинські митники на посту Ягодин в рейсовому автобусі «Щецін - Кривий Ріг», що повертався на батьківщину, виявили незадекларовану продукцію Apple, Samsung та Huawei, орієнтовною вартістю 1,2 млн грн.
Загалом 78 мобільних телефонів, планшетів, смарт-годинників та аксесуарів до них містились у двох пластикових коробках, розміщених у багажному відділенні.
📄 За цим фактом складено протокол про порушення митних правил за ознаками ч. 2 ст. 472 Митного кодексу (недекларування товарів, що переміщуються через митний кордон України громадянами).

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
